At Blue Collar Prints, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. We want you to love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return/refund policy carefully to understand your options.

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:
    • We accept returns/refunds for any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased directly from Blue Collar Prints within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns/refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  1. Return/Refund Process:
    • To initiate a return/refund, please contact our customer service team at bluecollarprintsllc@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return/refund.
    • Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product(s).
    • Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  1. Return Conditions:
    • All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable), free of any odors, stains, or signs of wear.
    • We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the merchandise does not meet the above conditions.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

    • Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
    • The refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the order.
    • We may request photos or other evidence of the damaged or defective item to assess the situation.
    • We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for a pickup of the damaged or defective item(s).
    • Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them and offer a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
